After some time though, she starts to question a lot of things. Truth and lies become indecipherable.
Mary Ting builds a most extraordinary post apocalyptic world, this story taking place two generations after a meteor strike demolishes the earth. The cast of characters are unique, some you will fall in love with, some will leave you guessing as to their true intentions. The suspense of waiting for the next book in series is excruciatingly painful but well worth it. I recommend, my dear bibliophiles, you pick up this book today!

Captivating from the very beginning. It's addictive and impossible to put down. Didn't want to finish reading the book because I knew the second book was not available yet. Mary please hurry with the second book. This is a must read book.
I loved this book!! What would you do if your life turned out to be a series of lies? Ava struggles when she finds out what she knows, and what is true are in totally different directions. Who can she trust? This book held me captive, and I couldn't put it down! Well done 👏👏👏
This is such a great book, I couldn't stop reading. Ava was brought to ISAN from juvenile to be trained to become an assassin. They were in training everyday. The team went on there first mission things went wrong. Ava was kidnaped by someone that loved her but she didn't know him. I can't wait for the second book. Mary Ting is an amazing writer/author.
Best Dystopian read! I was pulled into Ava's world from page one and I couldn't put it down, I was caught up in their world and I'm still reeling with emotions! And now I desperately want book two! This book has suspense, adventure, love,lose and a range of emotions that keep you hanging on til the last word!This is a must read book! In my opinion it's the best dystopian read since Divergent and I actually think it surpasses Divergent! It is full of twist and turns that will keep you guessing and anxiously awaiting book 2! There's plenty of action to keep you turning the page til the very end and also alittle romance to spicy it up a bit. All in a dystopian sci-fi setting that is ingenious and creative!Definitely give this book 5 hearts! ❤💜❤💜❤

I love the dystopian world Mary Ting created and you'll be brought into this new world and secret organizations with each page of the book. I was caught up in ISAN, the MM's, missions, Sniper and all of the characters that are very well developed-I couldn't put it down! This book has intrigue, love, loss, discovery,suspense, adventure and a bit of hope. It is full of twist and turns that will keep you guessing right along with Ava, who knows what? Who can she trust? ISAN is a true adventure and you'll definitely enjoy the journey along with Ava. "Whatever It Takes" Just read this book ) I am going to be stuck reading it over and over until the next book comes out, it's that intriguing.
